Start Your Day Right: The Benefits of a Morning Walk

I start my mornings with a walk, even if it's just for ten minutes within the first hour of waking up. This habit began during the COVID-19 lockdown when strict rules kept us inside, since work and study were now online. To break the monotony, my housemates and I would go for walks, and I soon began hiking every day. The benefits were immediate and profound, especially for my mood.
